WHEN Kristof and Noemi Kosmowski arrived in the United States in the early 90's, they were already well established artists in their native Poland. After graduating with a Masters degree in Graphic Design from the Academy of Fine Art in Warsaw, Kristof gained immediate recognition by designing stamps and posters for various international agencies. At the same time this talented duo sold their original works privately to prominent European families. Upon their arrival to the United States they settled in Florida where they began by establishing themselves in the arena of Trompe l'eil.Word quickly spread on their unique talents and galleries in Florida began to request to exhibit their original works.
Over the past fifteen years both artists have evolved. Noemi's still life paintings have gone from classical renderings to the explosive contemporary realism that will be exhibited at the Las Vegas Art Expo. Recently, internationally recognized tennis player, Andy Roddick selected Kristof among numerous artists who had painted his portrait, to exhibit his interpretations of the athlete at the USTA offices in New York and the Andy Roddick Foundation office in Florida. Kristof's latest trend is capturing speed and movement as well as sound, through his captivating images of automobiles and musicians.
